St Paul’s Pre-school is managed by Silvia Brown (BA Primary Practice/EYTS), one of our seven Early Years Educators. Her superb team of staff includes Kate Al-Mukhtar (Deputy Supervisor), Kathryn Vincent-Brown (Deputy Supervisor), Katie Hillier, Cathy Blackburn, Leonie Plant and Anne Hughes. We are proud that our teaching team provides a wealth of skills, experience and expertise, ranging from languages, outdoor learning, music, drama, speech, communication and language.
The adult-to-child ratio is 1:4 for rising 3s and 1:8 for over 3s, with each child allocated their own key worker who supports them throughout their time at Pre-school. The key worker is fully responsible for their individual assessment and learning journal, and is the first point of contact for the parent.
Staff undertake regular training and development, which is assessed internally and externally.
