St Paul’s Pre-school is managed by Silvia Brown, one of our six Early Years Educators. Her superb team of staff includes Monica Hampson (Deputy Supervisor/Special Educational Needs co-ordinator) Sarah Parsons (Deputy Supervisor) Kate Al-Mukhtar, Cathy Blackburn and Anne Hughes (EY teachers)
The adult-to-child ratio is 1:6, with each child allocated their own key worker who supports them throughout their time at pre-school. The key worker is fully responsible for their individual assessment and learning journal, and is the first point of contact for the parent.
Staff undertake training and development, which is assessed internally and externally – indeed, one of our Early Years Practitioners is currently undertaking the Foundation Degree.
